Artificial intelligence is now part of the daily life of millions of young people â in search engines, in apps, in the content they create and consume every day. And yet, how often do we stop to really understand how it works, what it can do and, above all, what risks it brings? Answering this question is "AI for Gen Z", the workshop organised by Progetto Giovani San Bonifacio, scheduled for Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 March 2026, from 4:00 to 5:30 pm, at Via Guglielmo Marconi 5 in San Bonifacio, in the province of Verona. The workshop is aimed at boys and girls aged 14 to 19 and consists of two consecutive sessions, designed as a single pathway: those who sign up are invited to take part in both days, to enjoy a complete and continuous experience.

AI for Gen Z: what is done during the workshop
The meetings will be led by Fabio Dal Maso, trainer at Cantiere AI, a San Bonifacio startup specialising in training and services related to artificial intelligence. A profile that guarantees a practical, up-to-date approach, far from theory for its own sake. The format alternates moments of explanation with hands-on activities, starting from concrete situations close to the participants' daily experience. The talk will cover potential, but also limits and risks â because using AI consciously means first of all understanding it, not just being subjected to it. Part of the workshop will be dedicated to the direct exploration of some of the most widely used AI tools today: chatbots, advanced search engines and content-creation platforms. The aim is not only to discover how they work, but to think together about how to make the most of them in study, creativity and everyday life. Participation is free, but places are limited. To secure a spot, you need to register in advance on the Progetto Giovani website. By the way, if you are looking for other unmissable events, we suggest checking out this UP!
