Important
- The Verona Card is automatically activated upon first use, both for entry to an attraction and for validation on an ATV bus, and from that moment it is valid for 24 or 48 hours depending on the option chosen.
- With the Verona Card, priority skip-the-line access is provided exclusively for the Verona Arena; for other attractions, entry is via the regular queues and subject to availability and opening hours.
Good to know
- Visitors aged 17 or under do not need the Verona Card.
- Before using the VeronaCard, check the opening hours and access procedures for each attraction at: https://turismo.comune.verona.it/nqcontent.cfm?a_id=35298
- The VeronaCard does not include the Aerobus service.
- For Juliet's House and Juliet's Balcony, it is essential to book the entry time via the Civic Museums website.
- Many museums are closed on Mondays, including the Arena, Juliet's House and Juliet's Balcony.

- Book your time at Juliet's House in advance to avoid mix-ups at the entrance.
- Wear comfortable footwear to walk on Verona's paved streets and enjoy the city at a relaxed pace.

Not allowed
- It is not allowed to use the Verona Card for services not included in the price, such as inter-city connections or airport transfers other than the urban ATV network.
- It is not allowed to transfer the Verona Card to other people after activation, since the pass is personal and valid only for the indicated holder.
